By downloading, installing, and using Anchor: Daily Intention ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
Anchor: Daily Intention is provided by Shimon Deitel ("Developer," "we," "us," or "our").
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on your personal iOS device(s) for your personal, non-commercial use only.

All content, features, and functionality of the App (including but not limited to design, text, graphics, logos, icons, and source code) are the exclusive property of the Developer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your intentions and personal data belong to you. You retain all ownership rights to the content you create within the App.

While the App stores your intentions locally and syncs them to your iCloud account for redundancy, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important data.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts located in Tel Aviv, Israel, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
Except where prohibited by law, you and the Developer agree that:
Notwithstanding the above, you may pursue disputes in small claims court if they qualify under your jurisdiction's rules.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be reformed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Developer regarding your use of the App, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
The Developer may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date and, if required, providing notice in the App.
Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
