Frequently asked questions

How do I restore my Pro purchase?

Open the app, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy Beacon Pro.

How is the glow calculated?

You tell Beacon the expected lifespan of an item (or use the category default). Beacon compares that to the days since you installed it to determine how far along its glow has cooled from amber toward steel blue.

How do I mark an item as replaced?

Open the item in the list and tap "Replaced" — this resets its glow to full brightness as of today.

Is my data private?

Yes. Everything Beacon tracks stays on your device. Beacon has no network access and no third-party advertising or tracking SDKs. See our Privacy Policy.

How many items can I add for free?

Up to 3 items at no cost. Beacon Pro removes that limit and unlocks custom categories.
