Footnote: Notes That Finish is free to use and offers an optional Pro upgrade as a $0.99 per month auto-renewable subscription. The free tier remains available; Pro unlocks additional usage and features. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Frequently asked questions

How do I restore my purchase?

Open the app, go to the Pro or Settings screen, and tap “Restore Purchases.” Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy the subscription. iOS will restore your active subscription.

How do I cancel the subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not inside the app. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name at the top, tap Subscriptions, select Footnote: Notes That Finish, and choose Cancel Subscription. You keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period.

Is my data private?

Yes. The app has no third-party advertising or tracking SDKs. Your content is stored on your device. The AI feature sends only the specific content needed (see our Privacy Policy) to OpenRouter to generate your result; it is not used to build advertising profiles or sold.

How do I delete my data?

You can delete individual items inside the app. To remove everything from your device, delete the app. If you sync through your own iCloud account, also remove the data in your iCloud settings.
