1. The app

Emulsion is a film stock inventory app for iOS. By downloading or using it you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which applies where these terms are silent.

2. Free tier and Emulsion Pro

The free tier includes all features with a limit of five film stocks in the stash. Emulsion Pro is an optional auto-renewing monthly subscription that removes that limit.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel the subscription in your App Store account settings at any time.
• Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region.

3. Your data

All data you enter is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for keeping device backups if you want to preserve your inventory. Deleting the app deletes its local data.

4. Acceptable use

Use the app as a film inventory tool. Do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or misrepresent the app.

5. No warranty

Emulsion is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Frame counts, expiry warnings, and value estimates are aids, not guarantees; always trust your own judgement (and your light meter).

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including lost photographs, expired film, or mistaken development records.

7. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
